ICON DYNAMICS is looking for a Product Manager – Ultrasound

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop the company’s Ultrasound business unit
  • Promotion of the company’s ultrasound systems to new or existing customers in the private as well as public sectors (public tenders)
  • Organize promotion activities & constantly monitor and evaluate market trends and competition
  • Ensuring predicted presence of products and actions
  • Implementation of the company’s commercial and credit policy
  • Communication with the company’s ultrasound suppliers when needed, regarding
    product or technical inquiries, reporting, new product launches etc

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Ultrasound sales
  • Ability to conduct systems demonstration, training and application support
  • Good communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to travel

Ζητείται τεχνικός H/Y για την κάλυψη θέσης στο τμήμα τεχνικής υποστήριξης του τομέα συστημάτων ψηφιακής διαχείρισης ιατρικών εικόνων.

Περιγραφή καθηκόντων

  • Εγκατάσταση και διαμόρφωση υλικού/hardware (όπως PC, servers κλπ), λειτουργικών συστημάτων και εφαρμογών στους χώρους του πελάτη.
  • Διάγνωση και επίλυση βλαβών υλικού και/ή λογισμικού, είτε στους χώρους του πελάτη είτε μέσω τηλεφωνικής / απομακρυσμένης υποστήριξης (remote support)
  • Συνεργασία & συντονισμός με τους προμηθευτές της εταιρείας όποτε απαιτείται
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την εκτέλεση έργων πληροφορικής

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου
  • Βασικές γνώσεις στην εγκατάσταση, υπολογιστών, εκτυπωτών, λειτουργικών MS Windows 7, 10 ,11
  • Βασικές γνώσεις σε δίκτυα TCP/IP και προγραμμάτων email , Office κτλ.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

Percentage Of Time Essential Job Functions

Responsible for managing tenders throughout the process until their final submission, monitoring the opening process, competition and managing their final outcome.

Follow up with the customer, Based on customer request checking the availability of the inventory.
Team Supervision – full responsibility of employee related activities – recruiting, onboarding, training, performance review.

Problem handling and resolution, Order ManagementBackorder reporting,
Communication with Regulatory affairs regarding newly ordered items, Ship to creation and maintenance in address book.


Qualifications

Education/Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Business Operation is a plus

 

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated technical expertise including use of MS Office suite
  • computer knowledge of ERP applications (eg JDE) and CRM Tools (SFDC) will be appreciated
  • Experience in logistics and local regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
